Midsummer All Day Chakra Retreat

Alex and myself have been collaborating for over 2 years now. A blissful combination of Yoga, breathwork and sound healing for the whole body. Our Chakra Cleanse afternoon retreats are working specifically on the 7 Chakra energy centres of the body to cleanse, clear and re-balance.

Is it time to plan a break? if so I can't wait to welcome you to the gorgeous woodland setting to experience a whole day retreat to nourish you completely and rejuvenate you, in mind, body and spirit. This really is a very special location, with 12 acres of woodland, a beautiful spacious marquee for yoga sessions and sound baths, and our woodland spot for the fire ceremony, gathering and sharing. Come alone, with a friend, partner or in a group, you will be welcomed wholeheartedly!

Each day includes

2 yoga sessions ( 2 teachers)
A full Sound bath healing session.
Meditation session
A fire ceremony in the woods
Breathwork
Refreshments
Welcome fruit and nuts
Break time snacks
Afternoon tea to finish

SOUL JOURNEYS with Leon Feasey - Guided Meditations with Sound Healing

Back after a break due to popular demand. Leon and Angie will be working together again on their signature offering of 'Soul Journeys' . These hypnotherapy based gentle but powerful guided meditations allow you to explore yourself as a Soul having a Human experience .....connecting to your Spirit and Angelic Guides , Soul Family and higher wisdom through the Akashic Records, Halls of Healing and the Soul Realms.
