Regression Hypnotherapy is a safe and gentle method of taking us back to an earlier time in our lives (such as childhood) to explore and recall memories we have consciously blocked or forgotten. Past Life Regression is a technique that allows us to go even further back beyond this current life and to an earlier incarnation on Earth.
I use clinical hypnotherapy techniques to gently relax you and take you into a deep meditative state. This is a completely natural hypnotic trance where our brainwaves slow down from the wide awake Beta pattern into Alpha & Theta.
We go in and out of this light trance state everyday when our conscious mind is engaged elsewhere - We are in light hypnotic trance when we are day dreaming , engrossed in reading a book or watching a movie....and at least twice everyday just before we drop off to sleep and when we first wake up.
This deeply relaxed brainwave pattern allows the conscious mind to become quiet and allow the subconscious mind to begin to surface and communicate. It is the subconscious where all our memories from this life, other lives and our wisdom as a Soul are accessed.
The subconscious communicates to us through our imagination and intuition...sometimes in pictures, sometimes through inner mind hearing and sometimes with just a deep sense of knowing. We often over ride this when we are fully conscious as the small ego mind is very logical and analytical and likes to be in control dismissing anything it can't see, hear and touch in third dimensional reality.
So it is the subconscious mind that is communicating to us when we have those 'gut feelings' or intuitive flashes. We often ignore and dismiss these feelings as 'illogical' but later understand they were divinely guiding us in the right direction. We all have incidences in our lives where we ignored our inner knowing and paid the price. We could say that we followed our head over our heart!.
In a nutshell it is the Human ego mind where we are running all of our limited beliefs and fear programming of not being good enough or worthy enough. It is the subconscious that holds the wisdom of the Soul and unconditional love through connecting to the multidimensional frequency of the heart. This is where we can break and transform fear patterns from this life or past lives allowing us to become re-aligned with who we really are.
When we are in a relaxed hypnotic trance we can explore ourselves as an immortal Soul having a human experience here on Earth. Recall lives in other times and places , may be even other dimensions !. We can ask questions about why we wanted to come here and what we were hoping to experience and learn. Trust that you will always be shown only what your Higher Self knows is in your best interests - you will be shown whatever is most helpful to you on the current stage of your journey.

Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy - QHHT and BQH
"A New Modality for the New Earth"
I have been trained in a special hypnosis technique called QHHT and BQH which goes beyond normal Past Life Regression and allows you to have the opportunity to connect directly with your Higher Self, Angelic Guides and Soul Family in the Light Realms
This is where we reside as divine beings of light in our Soul form between physical incarnations and are fully connected to all things - to God / Divine Source Energy and reside in an energetic frequency of unconditional love and peace.
This type of session requires a deeper state of hypnotic trance and is where we can have profound insights, revelations and energy healing (if deemed appropriate by your higher self ). These deeper exploration sessions are often referred to as Life between Lives or Interlife Hypnosis.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique(QHHT) was developed by the late Dolores Cannon
Beyond Quantum Healing(BQH) was created by Candace Craw-Goldman who trained with Dolores Cannon.
BQH is very similar to QHHT but allows the practitioner freedom to use other healing modalities and skills during the hypnosis session with the understanding that each client and each hypnotherapy session is unique. Therefore extra skills such as Reiki or Sound Healing is encouraged.
Each practitioner has there own personal way of working and using Hypnosis. I am very guided by my own team in Spirit and will work mainly with Angelic and Galactic collectives. I will use sound and vibration where appropriate as part of the initial induction and also in any energy healing as needed.
What can be achieved during a session?
- a greater alignment to your divinity and Soul's essence. Striping away and transforming any blockages and limiting belief programming you may be running that stops you shining your unique light into the world. A session can help you discover your Soul's blueprint and empower in you going forward on your path.
These extended 1-2-1 hypnotherapy sessions can last between 4 -5 hours and include pre-session question and answer talk and any Soul coaching which may be needed afterwards. I will spend as much time with you as I feel is needed. This is why the price is for a session and not charged by the hour.
