Personal Sound & Energy Healing
£75
1 - 1.5 Hour personal Sound Healing session. Choose from :
Fully immersive relaxation Sound Bath -
(Multi instrument - Gongs, Tibetan/Crystal Bowls and harmonic Chimes)
Crystal Singing Bowl & Crystal Harp Chakra Clear, Cleanse & Re-Balance.
Guided Angelic or Galactic Connection Sound Healing Meditation.
Couples, Family or Friends private Sound Baths
£75 for 2 people/couples or £20 per person for 4 or more. Max of 6 spaces
1.5 - 2 hour hour total immersive experience. Includes gradual relaxation meditation , 60 minute sound bath , 15 minute affirmation and silent reflection. Optional rounding chocolate or biscuit, herb tea and chat/oracle card pull afterwards.
Soul Coaching & Spiritual Guidance
£75
Up to 2 hours intuitive guidance from myself and my spirit team in person or via Zoom to help guide you through your current problems from a higher consciousness/Soul perspective. The sessions may include Numerology Life Path/Personal year and epicycle advice, Oracle Cards, visualization and gentle hypnotherapy / energy work where appropriate. I use my skills as a therapist to help empower you and find solutions to your difficulties. I charge per session rather than by the hour so the sessions are flexible and organic - flowing with whatever is needed at the time.
Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy
£95 In person or via Zoom (where appropriate)
2-3 hour Gentle regression hypnotherapy journey to a Past Life which will hold important insight into your current life's gifts and challenges. Includes discussion & guidance
Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy /QHHT / BQH
£155 for an extended 4-6 hour session
Past Life Regression leading to deeper journeying experience into the Spirit Realms to explore your Soul's purpose, meet your Spirit Guides and gain knowledge from your Higher Self. These are advanced sessions and it is recommended that if you are new to meditation or trance work that you book for a Past Life Regression session first (in person only)
Numerology Reading & Guidance
£75
1.5 hour guidance on your Life Path Number , Gifts & Challenges and your current energetic epicycle plus your 'arrows of individuality'.
